Business Development Committee

To educate members on current topics in business and the community

Condominium and Homeowner Association Board Members and Property Managers (CHOAB) Committee

Limited to Association Board Members  and Property Managers, This committee provides an opportunity for Association Board members from throughout South Florida to interact with one another, share experiences and to learn from the best speakers on important topics pertaining to association ladership. AMC was the leading edge in bringing this programming to the front.

Education Committee

To work with partners schools: Alonzo & Tracy Mourning Sr. High, Aventura City of Excellence School, Aventura Waterways K-8, David Lawrence Jr. K-8, Don Soffer Aventura Sr. High, Dr. Michael M. Krop Sr. High, North Miami Beach Sr. High, Norman S. Edelcup Sunny Isles Beach K-8, Sunshine State Academy and The Victory Center to provide career guidance, jobs and community involvement activities for students

Strengthens the bond between the business and educational communities Established award – winning Student Connection in cooperation with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, an outreach program geared towards enriching the lives of students who are “at-risk” of dropping out of school Winner of four consecutive annual “Dade Partner” Awards by Miami-Dade County Public Schools; Inducted into the Dade Partners Hall of Fame four times

Law Committee

To offer attorneys Continuing Legal Education credits in Ethics and other areas; also open to paralegals, mediators and court reporters

Professional Women's Council

To bring together professional businesswomen to enhance their business networking opportunities

Real Estate Committee

To educate real estate brokers and agents, developers, property management companies, real estate attorneys, mortgage and title professionals on relevant topics in the industry, giving members a forum to discuss and share listings

Special Events Committee

Throughout the year, AMC creates special events, such as their signature event, the annual YOUNG STARS SHOWCASE benefiting the AMC Education Foundation; Charity Bowling Challenge; Wounded Warriors Send-off; Recognition of student athletes; LAW DAY celebration at North Dade Justice Center; ribbon-cuttings for new businesses and more

Technology Committee
